As a member of the Tier 2 Team you will receive coaching, seasonal team gear, race and camp support, and a great team environment to be part of. As a member of the Tier 2 Team you are agreeing to all team commitments outlined in your contract as discussed with Crosscut Staff, as well as Crosscut's Notification of Risk.
